SKS GERMANY – official equipment supplier to the Alpecin-Fenix cycling team
The Belgian team Alpecin-Fenix, which also includes professional cyclist Mathieu van der Poel, will in future be equipped with SKS GERMANY products. “Cyclists have ambitious goals and the talent to achieve them,” states SKS export manager Frederik Reichert. “We are pleased to support the athletes on their path to success – with the right tyre pressure, our tried and tested mudguards and other convenient accessories.”
The Alpecin-Fenix team is also delighted to have the product sponsor from Germany on board. “SKS GERMANY has been in existence for over 100 years and has always remained innovative. We also strive for innovation and quality. This is extremely important in a sport that is developing very quickly and for a team that wants to play a pioneering role in this area.”
Win-win situation
Frederik Reichert sees another advantage for the German-Belgian partnership: “The Alpecin-Fenix team is very versatile and cycles on racing bikes, gravel bikes or mountain bikes. In the future, the professional cyclists will test all the new SKS products before they are launched on the market.” Good experience has already been gained in this respect with a number of other professional teams sponsored by SKS GERMANY. “In this way, we can benefit from the athletes’ knowledge in practice,” explains Frederik Reichert. “This will result in a win-win situation from which both sides will profit.”
