The locking mechanism then ensures that the pannier bag snaps securely into place. A tool-free angle adjustment ensures maximum foot clearance when cycling. To release the bag, simply pull it up and the lock will release automatically. The bike bag can then be carried conveniently on your shoulder thanks to the padded shoulder strap.
