For mounting mudguards on the steerer tube

The cone system from SKS GERMANY has proven its worth for over 20 years. Following an update, the SKS SHOCKBLADE and SHOCKBOARD mudguards can now be securely mounted on larger steerer tubes. The system covers a diameter of up to 39 mm (1.5 inches) and is made of very robust glass fibre reinforced plastic. In addition to the easy mounting, the new cone system impresses with its well thought-out mounting components for an optimal fit.
