Starting the training year with twelve new trainees
SKS Group invests in the skilled workers of tomorrow
The SKS Group continues to focus on training its own specialists: on 1 August 2024, twelve new trainees started their careers at SKS metaplast and blomus. The company offers young talents sound and practice-orientated training in a total of eleven different professions. For the first time this year, an event management assistant is also being trained to join the team at the outdoor centre WOOHOO at Sorpesee, which will be taken over in 2022.
Currently, 30 trainees are completing their vocational training at the company, as the promotion of young talent has been a high priority for years. ‘We are delighted to be able to welcome motivated young people to our company again this year,’ says Training Manager Christoph Hillebrand. ‘Our aim is not only to support the trainees, but also to keep them in the company in the long term.’
