§ 1 General returns policy
Unless otherwise agreed with the relevant retailer as party to the contract of purchase, a 14-day right to cancel or return applies throughout the marketplace. Within this period, you may return the goods without giving any reason. During this period, you can test and check the product, as you would be able to in a physical store.
This 14-day right to cancel or return applies exclusively to orders for which payment has been made online. For non-binding reservations with a physical retailer with agreed local collection, this does not apply. The general returns policy of the relevant retailer applies in this case, which are individually agreed between the end consumer and the retailer.
§ 2 Returns policy for orders from SKS GERMANY
For items sold directly by SKS GERMANY, extended returns policy applies:
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
During this period, you may test and check the product, as you would be able to in a physical store.
The product must be in its original condition and must not show any signs of use or damage.
Returns are only possible if the product is unopened or only unpacked if the packaging was not sealed.

Select the reason for your query as "Question about an order/invoice/return", provide your OrangeStore order number and enter details.
Alternatively, you can contact us via our support address at service@sks-germany.com, stating your OrangeStore order number.
After you contact us, we will check your order, in particular whether it has actually been placed with SKS GERMANY as the retailer.
If the details are correct, we will send you a return form, which you should print out and enclose with the package.
We can also provide you with the returns label. You will need to print it out, attach it to the package, and given to the shipping provider we specify.
Return shipping costs:
If the goods are not defective, you will be liable for the return shipping costs yourself. This is a maximum of 5.99 euros, which we will deduct from the refunded amount.

Please include your order number and the return form we have sent you.
To identify your package, please also enter the sender's address that was used when the order was placed. This speeds up processing and ensure that the return goes smoothly.
If an item has a defect, please contact us – we will find a suitable solution together.
§ 3 Returns and refunds
After registering your return, you have 14 days to send the goods back to us.
After we have received your return, we will check the item and then start the refund process.
The refund is processed via the payment method you used originally.
The refund is paid out within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
§ 4 Items that cannot be returned
The following items cannot be returned:
Purchases by business customers (B2B contracts).
Sealed products, if the seal has been removed or damaged.
