Front mudguard for mounting on the steerer tube
The ultralight SKS SHOCKBOARD XL mudguard is particularly suitable for larger tyre widths up to 2,5 inches. Even at high speeds, the clip-on mudguard for mountain bikes provides optimum splash protection on muddy forest tracks. The profile made of high-performance impact-resistant plastic is solid yet extremely lightweight.
Easy to attach at the touch of a button
A special feature is the quick-release function: once an adapter has been screwed into the steerer tube during the initial assembly, the front mudguard can simply be clipped into place and released from the bike in one step at the touch of a button. This system is suitable for almost any suspension forks. The improved cone system 2.0 covers a diameter of up to 39 mm (1.8"). Two cone adapters ranging from 19 to 39 mm are included. Adapters for rigid forks are available as an option.
