Start of the New SKS Germany Fan Page on Facebook

The time has come - the new Facebook Fan Page of SKS Germany has kicked off ready for the start of the bike season.

At www.facebook.com/sksgermany fans of the quality Products “Made in Germany” will find everything they wanted to know about the company SKS, with all up-to-theminute information and exciting promotions.

Nowadays, it’s almost essential for a company in the bike segment to present itself on other platforms apart from the company website. Facebook is particularly ideal for this because of the steadily growing number of users and high level of interactivity, and is thus set to become an increasingly important communications channel. SKS Germany also wants to make use of this direct contact.

Marcel Spork, Sales Director for After Sales, emphasises the unique opportunities: “Facebook is the perfect communication channel for holding a direct dialogue with the customers. We want to tell our fans all the news and everything there is to know about the long-established brand SKS Germany and also let them get involved to some extent. On the other hand, we are also looking forward to the feedback from the fans and welcome any questions or suggestions.”

The fan page is to be run from the company headquarters in Sundern (Sauerland) and in future it will be integrated into the existing on-line media such as the website.
