Product optimization and recall RACEBLADE LONG

An internal examination of the SKS fender RACEBLADE LONG has revealed isolated weak points in the product. SKS Germany has an obligation to minimize any possible risk and has, therefore, decided to conduct a product optimization in association with a recall of the following fenders delivered between September 2011 and May 2012 (incl. replacement parts):

RACEBLADE LONG silver, item no.: 11013
RACEBLADE LONG black, item no.: 11014
Mounting set RACEBLADE LONG, item no.: 11032
Spoiler long P35, item no.: 11070

All RACEBLADE LONG delivered since June 2012 are optimized and fault free and are not affected by this recall.

This involves a voluntary and precautionary recall as it could in certain cases lead to a loosening of the spoiler or the mounting on the bicycle.
